Hi ENX,
the closest race would be that in "Reisersberg".
The distance would be 502 km from Ljubljana to Reisersberg. Reisersberg is in the southeast of Bavaria. Hey, the german word for "Ljubljana" seems to be "Laibach". Never knew that before. It´s good to know that cause it´s hard for me to spell/to say "Ljubljana" :-)
Follow this Link. It shows you the route and the distance:
http://maps.google.de/maps?f=d&source=s ... 799805&z=7
Maybe "Reisersberg" would be an option to all of you to join the BQC series.

The BQC will take place at a city called "Reisersberg".
Just look here. This is the entry list. Up to now we already have an incredible number of quads taking part of the race. More and more racers notice the BQC as an interesting event!
Entry List
Under the following link you´ll find information about the MX track at Reisersberg:
http://www.mcc-reisersberg.de/
And here you´ll find the roadmap from Lubiljana to Reisersberg:

Well in the Sport-ATV-Team-Class we have one team that is bored cause they always win. Up to now there was no competitor to beat them. So it would be time to take their crown. I think this could be a task for you! So come on, attend the race at Reisersberg and take home one of this cups!
What else information do you need?
By the way ... are there any new videos about your racing in Slovenia?

If you choose the solo class you will have to race 2 hours of your own.So driving solo or in team it is a 2 hour race?
If you choose the team class (2 racers in one team) you can switch between you and your teammate whenever you want during the race. One has to race, the other is waiting in the pit. Every teammember is allowed to race his own quad. You don´t have to share one quad. If one teammember has issues when he is racing and has to sideline his quad (for example engine problems) he can run back to the pit and his teammate can continue the race. If this happens you are allowed to share the remaining quad between you and your teammate.
So the 2 teammembers can organize their racing time that each teammember has to ride all in all for 1 hour. The team class is not so much exhausting as the solo class. It´s harder to ride 2 hours of your own!
The problem is that the MX-Track at Reisersberg is next to some houses. The race at Reisersberg was only permitted by the local govermnet under the condition of that sound limit.
But the organizer said that you will be helped and get some packing (wool) for free to repack your exhaust if you exceed the sound limit.
Ah, and just let me say this: the fastest rider of us is riding a bone stock YFZ450R. Noone with all this aftermarket pimped quads could beat him!

We all have problems with this sound limit. Believe me, noone is coming with an stock exhaust
I heard that you will pass the acceptance test if you have 98db. But this is a nonofficial statement!
But remember the US-Nationals! There were also set stricter sound limits. We all think of installing/welding such extra tubes on our exhaust headers like John Natalie has on his HMF-Exhaust. Or to do something like the FMF Power Bomb!
Here are a few pictures of this exhausts ...
But for the race at Reisersberg noone will already have installed such a tube. We all come with our aftermarket exhaust
I hope you won´t regret!!! It would be very nice to meet you at Reisersberg.

I tried to translate the most important facts from the BQC rulebook.
Here they are:
Protective clothing/gear:
- You need a helmet that fits the international standards. The helmet should at least have one of the following marks: Europe ECE 22-05 "P", "NP", "J" or Japan JIS T 8133 : 2000 or USA SNELL M2005
- All other protective clothing such as MX boots, protection jackets, knee guards, leatt braces and so on are NOT mandatory. You ride of your own risk and should protect your body.
Technical terms:
- all lights have to be taped
- sound limit 94db
- working brakes
- killswitch
During the race:
- If you have to make a pitstop in order to refill gas you need a pad to soak up any spilled gas (some sort of plastic cover is ok). The pad size should be as big as your quad is (length, width).
- You have to turn off the engine if you refill gas.
- You are only allowed to refill gas within the pitstop.
- You are not allowed to smoke within the pitstop.
- If you do not observe this rules one round will be cancelled.
- Any repairs are only allowed at the pitstop, otherwise you will be disqualified.
Starting procedure:
- You have to enter the start section soonest 20 minutes before the race and not later than 10 minutes before the race.
- You have to turn off the engine!
- The start is a Le-Mans start. A signal will be given and than you have to run to your quad, plug in the killswitch, start the engine and race.
How the rounds are counted:
- You will get a transponder that counts every single round by simply passing the start/finish line.
- You have to ride slowley through this counting section.
Thats all :-)

Ok Bostjan and Igor. One of you has to download the following PDF-file:
http://www.bavarian-quad-challenge.de/d ... g_2009.pdf
1. Fill out the entry form as shown in the two pictures.
2. Send the filled out entry form to this email --> info@bavarian-quad-challenge.de
I will talk to the organizer next week and try to convince him that he will make an exception as to the entrance fee. I will ask him if it is possible that you both can pay the entrance fee in cash just when you arrive at Reisersberg. I think it is to circumstantial to transfer the money by bank from Slovenia to the German bank account of the organizer. The entry fee for you both will be 60 Euro (30 Euro Bostjan + 30 Euro Igor).
Just one more note:
Everyone of us has to pay a deposit of
- 25 Euro for the "number-shirt" (you will get the money back after the race, when you return the number-shirt to the organizer)
- 15 Euro for each transponder (you will get back 13 Euro after the race, when you return the transponder to the organzier)

Andreas, you don't know who Cheeroke really is... 16 years old, fat, small redhaired girl. She just want some attention and for a can of beer she would do anything...
She is a product of 4 generations of blood relatives, sleeping and re-producing in between them, so it's not her fault.
Cheeroke, nemoj se srditi ali XXXL je bio u trenutku inspiracije!![/quote]
Ah, a girl who would do anything for a can of beer! Sounds great! But fat, small redhaired ...
... I will keep my beer
